When you gotta walk the walk… We try pilates
Working with the fabulous team at Suna Pilates on Auckland’s North Shore is such a pleasure – as you’d expect the place is packed full of can-do, positive people investing in living a great life. They’re smart and motivated (and fit!)… but sooner or later the rubber hits the road.
With Suna Pilates, this moment came when we were asked to trial their Online Pilates Workout and review it. The major focus at Suna Pilates is fitness – their aim is to have you feeling fabulous and LOVING the body you live in. We knew this workout would be no walk in the park… but we’re also big fans of getting results, so we were in!
Dutifully we downloaded the link and followed the instructions of celebrity Pilates Instructor, Susie Cleland. It was eerily like she could see us as she gave small adjustments and advice at just the right time. The two people demonstrating correct pilates posture in the workout video managed to stay looking beautiful and un-strained throughout.
25 minutes of intense but totally controlled exertion followed. Weaker muscles suddenly stood out from the crowd. Exercises were timed judiciously to end just before giving up became the most appealing option. Every area of the body was targeted, toned and tingling! This video delivered one of the best all-over workouts we’ve done – all in our office! We like zero travel time.
We give the workout a two thumbs up, and think it is perfect for busy people who want great health and a body they love. Fresh Marketing office pup Diesel approved too – he thought it was great when we got down on the floor!
